OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
All orders placed with Fashioned Worldwide will be shipped 2-3 days after being processed. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that you have entered the wrong information please contact us immediately through our support page and someone will be able to assist you.
All packages are processed Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM EST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends and holidays. Should you place an order after hours, on a weekend, or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day.
We offer flat rate shipping priority shipping for $14.95 on ground shipping. Free shipping is available for purchases over $100. All packages are shipped via USPS.
We will provide tracking information on all orders in order for you to keep track of your package. Please make sure someone is home at time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any packages that show "DELIVERED."
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
We have NO REFUND policy on all merchandise. All returns are STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not accept returns on any used or worn merchandise. Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received. All returns must be received within 14 DAYS of receipt in order to be accepted. We are only responsible for return shipping costs if the item(s) returned is our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective product).
We only replace items that has been received defective or damaged.
Items must be returned to the location of shipping marked on the original shipping package.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange/return of any item that does not meet our return/exchange policy standards.
Your Data is Secure
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.
